Delivery times is usually of 24/48hours, on labour weekdays and in normal circumstances.

Are not taken into account exceptional situations like strikes, extreme weather, block boundaries, etc.

For Christmas, Easter or in the month of August can be delayed a day or two shipments.

¿CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?

You can return your product if your receive a wrong product, it’s damage or any of the returning conditions is acomplished.

It’s very important before to sign the delivery shipping note to check the box. If the box is broken, beaten or in poor conditions, please write it on the delivery shipping note, it’s very important to complain to the transport company

At first, you must contact with us by whassap, telegram or a mail to info@exquisiteham.com. Please, write:

  • Nº order.
  • The item you want return and the reason

The conditions for the return are:

  • The return communication must be made within 7 days after receipt of the product.
  • The return must be made in the original packaging.
  • The returned part must weigh at least 85% of the original weight.

Once we have received your message, we will tell you how to return the product.

Exquisiteham will pay the cost of return. The time of return or refund will be a maximum of 15 days after the resolution of the case.

The method of payment of a refund will be the same with which the payment has been made.

If the returned merchandise does not meet the above mentioned conditions, the costs of collecting and re-sending will be paied by the customer.

This must happen in a term not exceeding 5 days. Otherwise it is understood that the customer does not want to recover his product.
